Booking Kawana, Step by Step

We get this question often enough that it deserves a public answer. Here is the exact sequence we follow when we book the Fuji Course for a visiting golfer.

Kawana is the most-requested course in our inventory and the one with the strictest sequence. Here is the version we share with clients before we start.

Step 1 — Date window

We ask for a window, not a date. Three to five days of flexibility gets you 90% of the way there; a single fixed date is workable but rarely first-choice.

Step 2 — Hotel night

Kawana releases tee times to hotel guests first. Plan one night minimum at the main wing; two if you want both the morning and afternoon round.

Step 3 — Confirmation

Once the hotel and tee time are paired, we confirm. From inquiry to confirmation is typically 5–10 business days, faster outside golden week and shoulder season.
