How We Sell / 販売形態について

This website offers two channels. (1) Tee-time and tour inquiries: no payment is taken at the time of inquiry, and submitting a request creates no obligation — all fees are individually quoted and confirmed in writing before a booking is finalized. (2) Online tour sales: PRESERVE-hosted tours and events can be purchased directly on this website via our secure Shopify checkout, with payment taken at the time of order.

当サイトでは2つの方法でサービスをご提供しています。(1) ティータイムおよびツアーのお問い合わせ・ご相談：お問い合わせの時点で料金が発生・課金されることはありません。すべての料金は、ご予約が確定する前に書面でご提示・合意のうえ確定します。(2) ツアーのオンライン販売：PRESERVE主催のツアー・イベントは、当サイト上の Shopifyセキュア決済にてご購入いただけます。お支払いはご注文時に発生します。

Service Timing: Online tour sales: the service is provided on the scheduled tour date shown on the product page. Inquiries: our concierge replies within 1–3 business days, and confirmed services are available at the golf course on the reserved date. ／ツアーのオンライン販売：商品ページに記載のツアー開催日に役務を提供します。お問い合わせ：コンシェルジュより1〜3営業日以内にご返信し、確定したサービスはご予約日にゴルフ場でご利用いただけます。

Cancellation & Refund Policy / キャンセル・返金について

Tee Time Booking Concierge

The Concierge Fee is earned and non-refundable upon booking confirmation. Green fees are paid directly at the golf course. In the event of cancellation or no-show, any cancellation fees charged by the golf course will be billed to your payment method.

ティータイム予約コンシェルジュ：コンシェルジュ手数料は、ご予約確定をもって発生し、返金の対象外となります。グリーンフィーはゴルフ場で直接お支払いいただきます。キャンセルまたは無断不参加（ノーショー）の場合、ゴルフ場が定めるキャンセル料をお客様のお支払い方法に請求いたします。

PRESERVE-Hosted Tours & Events

30+ days before event → 100% refund (less ¥5,000/person admin fee)
20–30 days before → 50% refund
14–19 days before → 30% refund
13 days or less → No refund

PRESERVE主催ツアー・イベント：

開催日の31日以上前 → 100%返金（事務手数料お一人様¥5,000を差し引きます）
開催日の20〜30日前 → 50%返金
開催日の14〜19日前 → 30%返金
開催日の13日前以降 → 返金なし

Defective Goods or Service Failure

A full refund of green fees or credit toward a future event is provided only if the course is officially closed by management due to unplayable weather. Refunds are not granted for general inclement weather where the course remains open.

サービス不履行の場合：プレー不能な悪天候によりゴルフ場が公式にクローズした場合に限り、グリーンフィーの全額返金または次回イベントへの振替クレジットをご提供します。ゴルフ場が営業している場合の一般的な悪天候（雨・風など）による返金は行いません。
